Terms of Use

1. Operator and acceptance

BLUFF is operated by SIAL Consulting d.o.o., Bizeljska cesta 5, 8250 Brežice, Slovenia, under the SIAL Games brand. Contact: info@sialconsulting.com. By using BLUFF, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

2. The game

BLUFF is an entertainment and knowledge game. Roulette and 21 are virtual game mechanics only. BLUFF does not offer paid wagering, cash prizes, cash-value prizes or any way to cash out in-game points or SWEAR.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for access to your account and for providing accurate sign-in information.
• Do not automate play, exploit defects, interfere with the service, impersonate another person or bypass access limits.
• We may suspend abusive, fraudulent or security-threatening activity and correct scores or rewards produced by an exploit.

4. Free access and BLUFF Pro

BLUFF offers free daily play and may offer optional Pro plans. Features and free limits are shown in the app and may evolve. Existing lifetime or early-adopter grants remain subject to their original grant, but lifetime access is not offered as a new purchase.

5. Seven-day trial and automatic renewal

• A payment card and signed-in account are required to start a Pro trial.
• Eligible accounts are charged €0 at trial start. One trial is available per account.
• After seven days, the selected monthly or annual plan renews automatically at the price shown by Stripe, unless cancelled first.
• If an account has already used its trial, Stripe will show any amount due immediately before the user confirms.
• Taxes, where applicable, are calculated and shown during checkout.

6. Cancellation, billing and refunds

You can cancel or update a subscription through “Manage Pro” in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues to the end of the paid billing period. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the facts of the purchase. To report an incorrect charge, contact us and include the Stripe receipt ID—never send full card details.

7. Virtual items

SWEAR is earn-only reputation currency. It cannot be purchased, transferred for money or redeemed for cash. Vault Dossier artifacts are earned through play and cannot be purchased. Cosmetic items and a season pass may be offered separately; they have no cash value.

8. Intellectual property and user content

BLUFF, AXIOM, artwork, software and original game content are owned by or licensed to SIAL Consulting d.o.o. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. If you submit a display name or other content, you must have the right to use it and must not submit unlawful or abusive material.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep BLUFF available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted service or that every trivia statement is error-free. We may maintain, improve, rebalance or discontinue features. Material subscription changes will be communicated as required by law.

10. Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLUFF is provided without guarantees beyond mandatory consumer protections. These terms are governed by Slovenian law, while consumers keep any mandatory protections and venue rights provided by the law of their residence.
